We really appreciate your support and business and we try to deliver the best customer experience we can. We aim to post all orders within 2 working days.

Unfortunately, there are certain countries we do not ship to. Please enquire  with regards to possible postage for your country prior to placing an order.

We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. 
 

Please note our product images represent colours and shades as best as possible but it is possible slight variations in colour/ shade may be present due to camera quality.
 

Sometimes things can happen that are outside our control and this can include postal issues and delivery times. We always obtain proof of postage but please note standard postage does not include parcel insurance or a tracking service and it is the customers responsibility to ensure successful delivery.

KawaiistoreAndMore cannot be held liable for  any lost, missing or mis-routed parcels or any damage which occurs during transit. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and double check same once order is placed.

In order to guarantee delivery we recommend using a registered/tracked postal service and we can provide this postage option at your request. Please note this postage option will incur an extra cost.

In the event that your parcel is delayed before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the package has  been left with them.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union, including the UK, may be subject to Vat, taxes and import duty upon receipt of delivery. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for same.

Furthermore, please note we reserve the right to refuse, cancel and/or refund an order placed due to stock availability and limited item numbers, in exceptional circumstances.

When purchasing custom made badges please message us with your chosen images upon placing your order.  Unfortunately, due to software limitations not all images are suitable for our badge machines.
